Will The Recording Industry Pay For ISP Monitoring In The UK?

 I’ve been following this one from afar (thanks to my friends in the UK) and just love the conundrum the BPI has gotten itself into. My view? You either provide a credible and affordable distribution channel (like iTunes), or you’re just wasting the taxpayers’ money (and the ISP‘s) on things that will never possibly work and only reflect badly upon the recording industry.
