Some people who’re blogging about this tonight seem disappointed somehow. And yet, I think that they’ve simply had unrealistic expectations – it’s a very decent comeback, and I like the fact that Palm did have something to show for themselves even if this seems somewhat irrelevant in a worldwide context until they deliver an HSPA device. Me, I think they are doing the right thing as far as web service integration is concerned – I’d rather get hold of one of these than an Android device – and given that Palm’s stock is going through the roof now, I’d say I’m not the only one. |
