Australian Prime Minister To Spend Hundreds Of Millions To 'Clean Up The Internet'

This is wrong in so many ways that it defies explanation. Nannying people only makes them dumber and less apt at thinking for themselves. And is it just me, or are anglo-saxon countries generically hypocritical about these things?
