SubEthaEdit (the editor formerly known as Hydra, renamed for legal reasons) has got to be one of the most interesting uses of Rendezvous (and, of course, one of the neatest logos I ever saw): A collaborative text editor - but a fully interactive one, and with syntax highlighting to boot:
