Front Row

Front Row is Apple's embryonic media center software, currently bundled with the new iMac G5 and all Apple Remote-enabled Macs:

Resources:

  • Links to the AC3, XviD, DivX and 3ivX Quicktime codecs required to play those formats.
  • Patching it to run on older Macs (see the comments for a detailed description of what it patches)
  • Getting back your meu bar icons if it goes wrong.
