Hula is a self-contained webmail and calendaring server that focuses on getting those two parts right, instead of getting caught up on the Groupware/CSCW quagmire.
It is aiming at CalDAV support, for one thing, and that is enough for me to keep track of it. It does not, however, have a personal task list (at least not at first glance).
