NewsMonster is another RSS aggregator, but with a (extremely disturbing) twist: it actually downloads the full pages that your RSS feed links to and caches the results on disk.
It is also a Mozilla XUL extension, and runs on Windows, Linux and, of course, Mac OS X (provided you put up with the full Mozilla install, of course).
