Marketing

The dark art of targeting the right product at the right people, at the right time, at the right price point and with the right feature set.

Sadly, most modern Marketing has missed the point that the product/service/whatever actually has to be useful to people - as can be amply demonstrated by the amount of silly ideas being marketed out there - and keeps missing the boat on obvious issues such as mobile internet access, content distribution, DRM, etc.
